What data I process and why

• When you message me on WhatsApp, by email or phone: your name, number or email and what you tell me, to reply and give you an appointment.
• When you use the contact form: name, phone, the service you are interested in, how you found me, your message and the page you write from, to reply to you.
• Client photos: only with their written consent, given before the procedure.
• If you accept analytics cookies: website usage data (pages viewed, taps on WhatsApp or phone, device, approximate city) through Google Analytics, to see which pages help and improve them. It does not turn on without your consent.

Legal basis

Your consent when you contact me, and steps taken at your request before a contract (article 6.1 a) and b) GDPR).

Recipients

• Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting, page delivery and spam protection for the form).
• Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics), only if you accept analytics cookies. Google may process data in the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.): form messages reach my Telegram so I can reply quickly.
• WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta), if you message me on WhatsApp.
• The studio’s email provider, if you email me.

I do not pass your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention

I keep contact details while we work together and afterwards for the periods the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@irynapermanente.com. If you think I have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
